摘要
喷漆是汽车涂装车间很重要的工艺环节之一,喷漆室结构复杂,设备繁多。喷漆室一般支撑在钢结构平台上。因此,确保钢结构稳定是结构设计师的首要任务,应尽量避免机器人工作时,整个结构振动过大不能满生产工艺的要求。结合实际涂装生产线工程项目,从工艺和支撑钢结构两个方面对喷漆室结构振动进行分析,并对如何优化喷漆室钢结构设计提出建议。
Paint spraying is one of the important processes in automobile painting shop. Spray booth contains complex and various equipments which is supported on platform. Therefore,structural engineer must make sure the spray booth work well,and keep the vibration of the whole structure in the tolerance while the robots are working. This paper do the analysis from process and steelwork two aspects on structural vibration according to the actual painting shop projects,and then give suggestion on how to design the spray booth platform in the future.
