曲线变宽钢箱梁板单元制造技术

摘要 考虑空间利用率的合理化和桥梁线形的连续性,桥梁设计须不断满足空间和使用功能的要求,致使桥梁线形及断面亦日趋复杂,钢桥梁制作技术也必须随之创新与改进。天津机场高架桥主桥钢箱梁,纵立面与俯平面均为曲线形,横截面宽度沿道路设计线渐变。介绍了曲线变宽钢箱梁AutoCAD立体放样、腹板立体图展开以及板单元制作过程,经实践证明,一系列AutoCAD立体放样和板单元制作技术的运用,确保了钢箱梁结构的几何尺寸,提升了产品质量,可为同类型桥梁制造提供参考。 Considering the rationalization space utilization and continuity of line alignment,the designers always meet the space and functional requirements,so that the bridge alignment and cross section become more and more complex,hence,steel bridge manufacturing technique must be innovated and improved. The main girder of Tianjin Airport Viaduct is steel box girder and the longitudinal and plane alignment is curved. The width of cross section tapers off along the designing centerline. This paper introduces the process of AutoCAD three-dimensional lofting and plate units manufacturing technique. The technical applications improve the quality of production,which provide some valuable reference for manufacturing bridge of the same style.
