摘要
针对大尺寸的输电线路钢管杆塔,提出一种新型内外锻造法兰的节点形式,对该法兰节点在受弯情况下的特性和受力状态进行系统分析。以白花洞电杆为研究背景,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行非线性分析,重点考察新型内外锻造法兰的螺栓受拉情况和法兰盘受力情况,并研究主要参数对螺栓拉力的影响。通过研究得出该法兰的受弯性能和理想的参数组合,以供实际工程设计时参考。
For the large size of the transmission line steel towers,this paper presents a new-type forging flange joint with the outer and inner ring bolts. Characteristics and stress state under bending moments are illustrated. With the background on Baihuadong steel poles project,FEM software ANSYS is used to have nonliner analysis focuses on the bolts force,flange-plate force and main parameters analyses under moment. Through the research,some useful conclusions have been found,and the results can be used in design of actual projects.
