桩承台-抗浮板-基连梁复杂基础体系模板支护技术研究

摘要 为交流和探索复杂基础的模板支护技术,保证工程质量和安全,以许昌市某人防地下室桩承台-抗浮板-基连梁复杂基础体系模板支护工程为例,从技术和管理层面阐述了该工程模板支护方法,并进行了效果评价,得出:"模板施工LICE法"是一种反馈机制,具有技术和管理上的程序性,对保证模板支护质量很有意义,值得推广;吊模技术在复杂基础体系特别是标高不一的模板支护中效果明显;模板支护质量、混凝土浇筑方法及施工管理会耦合影响浇筑质量;严格的管理程序将为模板支护质量提供保证,因此,在施工过程中,应加强管理,特别是过程管理和动态管理。 Aiming at communicating and exploring the supporting technique of formwork in complex foundation,guaranteeing the engineering quality and safety,taking one supporting engineering of formwork in complex foundation system composed of pile cap-float-resisting plate-connecting beam for example,it was illustrating the supporting method of formwork and evaluating the effect in terms of technique and management,and the following conclusions were obtained: LICE method of formwork construction is a feedback mechanism, it has the programming characteristics on technique and management. Effect of hanging formwork technique used in complex foundation system with different elevations is obvious. Quality of formwork supporting,casting method of concrete and the construction management will influence the cast quality by coupling. Strict management program can ensure the quality of formwork supporting,so,management,particularly process management and dynamic management should be strengthened in the construction.
