摘要
某农村住宅楼工程投入使用后墙体出现裂缝,对该工程进行现场调查与裂缝观测记录,并对砖强度和砂浆强度进行检测,分析得出引起墙体裂缝的原因有两个:一是地基不均匀沉降,即湿陷性黄土地基遇水不均匀沉降,同时工程地下采空与周围切坡的存在加剧了地基的不均匀沉降;二是由于砂浆质量不合格导致的墙体承载力不足。
The cracks occurred on the wall of a rural house building after putting it into use. Site surveys and crack observation records were done and tests of the strength of brick and mortar for the project were carried out. The analysis results show that there are two reasons of cause cracks on the wall. First,uneven foundation settlement,namely the uneven settlement occurred on the collapsible loess foundation when watered. The presence of underground engineering mined cut and the cut slope surrounding exaggerated uneven foundation settlement. Second,the insufficient beating capacity of the wall caused by mortar quality substandard.
