超流态混凝土压灌桩在砂夹卵石场地中的试验及应用

TEST AND APPLICATION OF SUPERFLUID CONCRETE GROUTING PILE IN SAND PEBBLES FIELD

对超流态混凝土压灌桩进行了介绍,针对其是否适用于粗砂夹卵石场地进行了试桩。对试桩的设计参数、施工参数、检测结果进行了详细的介绍。根据试桩结果,提出了超流态混凝土压灌桩施工可能存在的问题及解决方法,并在后期工程桩施工中应用。得出超流态混凝土压灌桩适用于粗砂夹卵石场地,充盈系数约为1.1~1.2,是一种施工速度快、造价低、无挤土、节能环保的绿色施工工艺。

It is introduced ultra-flowing concrete grouting piles and a test pile is done to see if it can be used in the site of coarse gravel. A detail description of the design parameters for the test pile,construction parameters & test results is given. According to test pile results it is proposed construction problems and poxible solutions of super flowing concrete grouting piles,and applied in the latter part of pile construction. It is concluded that super flowing concrete grouting pile is suitable for coarse pebbles and the filling factor is about 1. 1 ~ 1. 2,is a fast,low cost,no soil compaction,green and energy-saving construction technique.
