摘要
随着国内制造工艺的提高,越来越多超大型冶金加工厂房拔地而起。为满足生产工艺的要求,厂房钢柱间的间距越来越大,大跨度箱型吊车梁在厂房结构设计中将会不断出现。广西南南铝加工热轧厂工程是广西省重点投资,国内领先、国际先进的中厚铝板加工项目,项目投产后能够生产厚260 mm,宽3 800 mm,长38 000 mm的铝合金板材,用于轮船、大飞机机翼制造。工程钢结构厂房钢柱在主轧机区域跨度达到42 m,设计了5根长42 m,宽3.3 m,高4.9 m,总质量245 t箱型吊车梁。如何能够保证质量、安全、经济、快捷等方面完成箱型吊车梁的安装是本工程的重点难点。从箱型吊车梁的分段、拼装、高强螺栓安装、吊机选型吊装、吊机站位处地基处理、吊装过程中测量等方面进行详细论述,经过工程施工实践证明,该工艺科学合理,能够满足施工要求,效果良好。
With the improvement of domestic manufacturing technology,more and more extra large metallurgical factories are going up. To meet the requirements of production technology,The spacing between steel columns of workshop building become larger and larger. The long span boxing crane beam in the structure design of workshop building will appear constantly. Guangxi Alnan fabrication hot rolling project is the key investment project which is internal lead and external advance medium aluminum plate fabrication project in Guangxi province. After the project is put into production,it can produce 260 mm thick,3 800 mmwidth,38 000 mm long aluminum alloy plate. The plate can be used in the ship building and large aircraft wings production. The span of steel structure workshop's steel column in the main rolling mill area is up to 42 m. Five boxing crane beams,were designed which have 42 m long,3. 3 m wide,4. 9 m high,the total weight was up to 245 t. The important and difficult point of this project were how to complete the installation of the boxing crane beams for high quality,safety,economy,etc. This paper elaborated the boxing crane beam's section,assembly,high strength bolt installation,selection of hoisting crane,the foundation treatment of crane posistion,measurement during the hoisting. It has been proved that this construction technology is scientific and reasonable,it can satisfy the requirements of design and construction specification,the result goes well.
