摘要
阐述制作姑嫂树路Z78、Z79桥墩过程中出现的一些质量通病,并针对这些通病采取的一些质量控制办法,以及焊接方法、制作工艺流程,提前对将要发生的质量问题进行预判,采取针对性的控制方法,对最终构件的整体质量起到了决定性因素。
This thesis has illustrated the co mmon defects during the fabrication of piers Z78 and Z79,in Gusaoshu Project,Wuhan. Measures have been taken to control such defects mentioned above,together with the procedure of welding and manufacturing. It is predicted such problems,thus adopting corresponding methods,which are the decisive factors and play important roles in the ultimate overall quality of steel components.
