摘要
基于某核电站3号机组现场变更单反映的现状,以预埋件设计复查为重点,应用PDCA管理法,对问题进行5W2H分析,找出主要原因,实施改进,再对实施后的效果进行评价,为进一步改善现场设计服务质量提供参考。
Based on site change sheet of a certain nuclear power plant unit-3 reflecting the actuality,attaching most importance to reviewing the embedded part,the PDCA methods,and 5W2 H methods were used to do analysis of the existent problem,after finding out the main reason,improved methods were implemented and the results of implementation were evaluated. This study affords some reference on farther improving the quality of site design service.
