勘察设计成本控制的目的是最大程度的降低成本投入,提高企业的经营效益,进行勘察设计成本控制必须严格遵守成本控制的原则:经济原则、全员参加原则、例外原则。在成本控制过程中将这三个原则融会贯通。主要从成本控制宏观管理、建立成本管理系统、树立动态成本效益观念、树立权责统一奖惩制度、进行行业价值链分析和成本反馈调节这几个方面着手,进行成本控制执行的简单分析,能够帮助企业在成本控制之中做到防微杜渐,实现企业利益。

The purpose of cost control of survey and eesign is reducing the cost of inputs as well as improving the enterprise benefit. We are supposed to strictly abide. It was carried out simple analysis from these aspects: macro management of the cost control,establish cost management system,set up the concept of dynamic cost-effective,set up the right and unified system of rewards and punishments,doing industry value chain analysis,doing the cost of feedback adjustment. which helps enterprises improve their interests by checking erroneous ideas at the outset.
