摘要 随着我国国民经济的高速发展,电力需求不断增加,大型火力发电项目也日趋增加,锅炉刚架是锅炉的主要支撑部分,其中大板梁制作方案成为整个锅炉刚架施工组织设计中的一个重要环节,结合现行钢结构行业的整体技术水平,立足解决如何在受限的制造环境中完成高精度超大型钢结构件制作过程中的出现的一系列问题。 With the rapid growth of China's national economy,power demand is increasing and the number of large thermal power generation projects is growing with each passing day. Rigid frame is the main supporting part of a boiler,and the construction proposal of main girder is one of the most important elements of the construction of boiler frame.Combining with the overall engineering level of the current steel structure industry,this thesis aims to tell people how to solve a series of problems occurred during the process of manufacturing high-precision,oversized steel structures under limited manufacturing environment.
