摘要
提出了在钢结构建立技术人员参与的,工人自检、互检,检验员专检与监理人员监督检查,技术人员协助检验这样一个"三检一体""五检合一"的检验制度,论述了技术人员协检的必要性、可行性和和具体做法,丰富了质量检验管理的理论。
It was proposed a quality inspection system of steel structure manufacturers aided by technicians. It was also described the necessity of participation by technicians,its feasibility and specific methods,which can enrich the theory of quality inspection management.
