摘要
通过对成都市二环路改造工程中某盖梁施工时出现的钢筋偏位导致保护层厚度过厚的质量事故进行分析,从质量事故可能存在的影响、现状强度校核、各方沟通等进行了全面介绍,最终通过增加预应力、增设钢筋网片等措施使得事故得到较好解决。最后结合该事故特征和处理经验等,进行了总结评述。
It was introduced the two-loop transformation project which is the number 1 project of Chengdu City.aquality accident occurred in the construction that was the thickness of protective layer was too large,which caused by the shifting of steel in the construction of bent cap. It was introduced the quality accident from the impact may be caused,strength checking,the co mmunication of all aspects etc. Finally,the accident was solved in a good way by increasing the prestressing force and adding steel mesh. Then it was su mmarized the accident by combined with the accident characteristics and treatment experience.
