新型装配式混凝土柱柱节点理论分析与数值模拟 被引量:9

THEORETICAL ANALYSIS AND NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF A NOVEL PRECAST CONCRETE COLUMN-COLUMN JOINT

摘要 提出一种传力路径明确、施工方便的装配式混凝土柱柱节点,该节点在拼接位置设置有纵筋锁具-锁构造和截面齿槽状构造。通过对新型装配柱的受剪机理的分析,推导了其受剪承载力表达式和齿槽局部剪切破坏承载力表达式,并通过一个实际算例及相应的有限元模型进行比对论证。结果表明:新型装配柱具有与现浇柱相当的整体性能,耗能性能良好,所设计的锁具-锁构造有效地传递了纵筋应力,装配柱齿槽状构造可提高柱受剪承载力。 A new type of prefabicated concrete column-column joint with advantages of clear force transmission and easy construction was proposed,which consisted of lockset-lock configuration and cogging section in the splicing region. The shear mechanism of the new prefabricated column was clearly detected and the corresponding formulae of shear capacity for the member and local bearing capacity of partial cogging were also proposed respectively. A practical example and the corresponding finite element models were calculated to verify the correctness of aforementioned formulae. The results showed that the new type of precast columns had the same performance as the cast-in-situ columns and good energy dissipation capacity. The lockset-lock could effectively transmit the longitudinal stress, and the cogging section configuration could improve the shear capacity of prefabricated column.
