摘要
为研究砂率对高强再生混凝土工作性和力学性能的影响,选取再生骨料取代率为0、30%、40%、50%,砂率为0. 37、0. 38、0. 39、0. 40制备再生混凝土,对其工作性和力学性能进行了试验研究。研究表明:随着砂率的增加,再生混凝土拌合物的工作性增强,且再生骨料取代率越大,砂率对其工作性的影响越大;随着再生骨料取代率的改变,再生混凝土力学性能指标未呈现一致变化;合理的砂率和再生骨料取代率在一定程度上改善了再生混凝土的脆性特征。
In order to study the influence of sand percentage on the workability and mechanical properties of highstrength recycled concrete,the experiments about workability and mechanical properties of recycled concrete with different replace rates of recycled aggregates( 0,30%,40%,30%) and different sand percentages( 0. 37,0. 38,0. 39,0. 40) were carried out. The results showed that the workability of concrete mixture increased with the increasing of sand percentage. When the replacement rate of recycled aggregate was larger,the influence of sand percentage on its working ability was greater. There was no consistent change of the mechanical properties of recycled concrete with different replacement rates of recycled aggregate. The reasonable sand percentage and the replacement rate of recycled aggregate could improve the brittleness of recycled concrete.
