考虑实际工况的高耸烟囱施工平台受力分析 被引量:2

RESEARCH ON THE STRESS OF TALL CHIMNEY CONSTRUCTION PLATFORM CONSIDERING THE REAL WORKING CONDITIONS

摘要 烟囱作为高耸构筑物,无论采用何种施工工艺均需要架设一个与烟囱同步上升的施工平台。施工平台支撑点随着筒壁升高不断向平台中心移动,因此施工过程中工况较为复杂。大多数施工平台结构的设计计算简化为平面结构进行分析,其结果难以反映施工平台的真实受力状况。以河北某集团高耸烟囱项目为研究对象,对辐射梁等关键部位进行了现场全程监测,运用MIDAS Gen有限元软件对施工平台进行了建模计算,并与现场监测采集的数据进行对比分析。结果表明:有限元分析结果与实测数据都具有相似的规律性,数据和变化趋势基本吻合,证明采用有限元方法对施工平台结构进行施工过程模拟分析是可行的。进一步对不同工况平台主要受力构件受力和变形进行研究,并探讨平台堆载对施工平台造成的不利影响,提出保证施工安全的建议。 The chimney,as a towering structure,needs to set up a construction platform that lifts synchronously with the chimney,no matter what kind of construction technique is adopted. The support point of the construction platform keeps moving to the center of the platform with the rise of the cylinder wall,so the working conditions are more complicated in the construction process. The design calculation of most construction platform structure is simplified to the plane structure,and the result is difficult to reflect the real stress condition of the construction platform. Taking the tall chimneys project Tangshan Sanyou group as the research object,the entre monitoring of the key parts such as the radiation beam was carried out. The finite element software MIDAS Gen was used to model and calculate for the construction of the platform and the results and monitoring data collected on the spot were contrastively analyzed.Results showed that the finite element analysis results and the measured data with similar regularity,the data and variation trend were consistent,which proved that using finite element method to simulate the construction platform structure construction process analysis was feasible. Furthermore, the stress and deformation of main stress components of platforms under different cases were studied,the adverse effects of overload on the platform were discussed,and the suggestions for insurance of the safety of construction were proposed.
