旧工业建筑改造为众创空间的适宜性设计策略

SUITABILITY DESIGN STRATEGY OF THE RENOVATION OF OLD INDUSTRIAL BUILDING TO MAKER SPACE

旧工业建筑作为城市的存量建筑,因其保留了工业时代的痕迹与城市的记忆,所以成为当代城市更新资源可持续利用的理性选择对象,通过赋予其新的功能进行有效的保护再利用。同时,在深入实施创新驱动发展战略背景下,实体众创空间建设呈现方兴未艾的趋势。因此,研究针对旧工业建筑改造与众创空间建设的有机结合,通过对多元创业群体办公需求的问卷调查,重点从创业产业结构特征、创业主体心理需求与创业主体行为特征三个方面分析了旧工业建筑改造为众创空间的适宜性,根据分析结果从功能置换、空间解构、表皮重塑、光线营造四个方面提出了相应的适宜性设计策略。

As a stock structure of the city,the old industrial buildings retain the traces of industrial era and the memory of cities,and they have become the rational choice objects for the sustainable utilization of contemporary urban renewal resources,and effectively protect and reuse them by giving them new functions.At the same time,under the background of implementing the strategy of innovation driven development,the building of the entity to maker space presents a trend that is in the ascendant.Therefore,the organic combination of the research and construction of space for the transformation of old industrial buildings and the public,through the multiple business groups to the public record office space demand survey,focused on the characteristics of entrepreneurial industry structure,the psychological needs of entrepreneurs and the behavioral characteristics of entrepreneurs,the paper analyzed the suitability of retrofitting old industrial buildings into maker space.According to the analysis results,the corresponding suitability design strategies were proposed from four aspects:function replacement,spatial deconstruction,skin remodeling,and light creation.
