摘要
建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在当今设计、建造及管理阶段得到大力发展,这一技术应用于复杂的城市综合体设计项目中,大大地提高了设计质量,提升了工作效率,并极大的节省了建设成本。结合工程实践探索,介绍了BIM技术在设计施工难度较大的城市综合体项目中的应用,体现了BIM技术的可视化模拟、协同性工作、全程化质量管控和整体性资源配置的应用优势。
BIM has been vigorously developed in design,construction and management stage.This technology greatly improves design quality,promotes work efficiency,and saves construction costs when it is applied to urban complex projects design.Combined with the project practice,the paper explored the application of BIM technology in urban complex projects with great difficulty in design and construction.It embodied the application advantages of BIM technology in visual simulation,collaborative work,whole process quality control and overall resource allocation.
