摘要
为了使木桁架能用作大截面木梁,在木桁架两侧采用定向结构刨花板(OSB)来增强木桁架。增强型木桁架的抗弯承载性能试验表明:采用OSB增强木桁架能有效提高其抗弯承载能力;采用OSB,通过螺纹钉连接及联合胶结方式补强木桁架,结合牢靠,有较好的协同性及整体稳定性,其初始抗弯刚度及抗弯极限荷载分别提高203. 20%、234. 39%;增强型木桁架截面宽度对极限抗弯荷载及初始抗弯刚度贡献较小;增强型木桁架相比传统普通齿板连接木桁架,连接方式简单、木材用料少、不需齿板辊压机械、便于现场施工,可应用于木结构工程。
In order to make wood truss be used as a large section timber beam,oriented strand board(OSB)was used to reinforce the timber truss by applying OSB on both sides of the timber truss.The flexural behavior of wood struss was studied in the paper.The results showed that using OSB to strengthen wood truss was an effective technical means to improve its flexural bearing capacity.OSB and wood truss could be combined firmly by using screw connection and glue bonding.And the reinforced wood trusses had good synergy and overall stability.Their initial bending stiffness and ultimate bending load were increased by 203.20%and 234.39%respectively.The width of reinforced wood trusses had less contribution to the ultimate bending load and initial bending stiffness.Compared with traditional wood truss,the reinforced wood truss could be used in timber engineering with virtue of simple connection mode,low wood consumption,no rolling machine and easy fabrication.
