自密实混凝土联合外包钢加固钢筋混凝土受压柱的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为优化传统混凝土柱加固方法的加固效应,提出了自密实混凝土与外包钢联合加固钢筋混凝土受压柱的新型加固方法,并设计23根受压加固柱的加载破坏试验,考虑缀板间距、角钢型号和偏心距等影响因素,测试加固效果。结果表明:联合加固方法不仅很好地解决了传统加固方法的不足,进一步提高了柱的极限受压承载力,而且产生的套箍效应极大地提高了缀板和角钢的利用率,通过试验推导了缀板间距、角钢型号和偏心距等因素对柱承载力的影响关系。 In order to optimize the reinforcement effect of traditional reinforcement method for concrete column,a new reinforcement method of RC compressed column combined with self-compacting concrete and wrapped steel was proposed,and the loading failure test of 23 compressed columns was designed.Considering the influence factors such as the spacing of the gusset plates,the angle steel type and the eccentricity,the reinforcement effect was tested.The results showed that the joint reinforcement method not only solved the shortcomings of the traditional reinforcement method,but also improved the ultimate compressive bearing capacity of the column,moreover,the hoop effect had greatly increased the utilization rate of the gusset plate and angle steel.The influences of the factors such as the spacing of the gusset plates,the angle steel type and the eccentricity on the bearing capacity of the column were derived.
