摘要
为探讨600 MPa级高强钢筋与高强混凝土的黏结锚固性能,设计制作42个中心置筋的拉拔试件。通过单边拉拔试验,分析了混凝土强度、保护层厚度和锚固长度等因素对600 MPa级高强钢筋与高强混凝土黏结性能的影响,探讨了各影响因素对其黏结强度的影响规律。利用试验数据进行回归分析,给出了600 MPa级钢筋与混凝土的临界锚固长度经验计算式。该计算值较GB 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》的基本锚固长度值小,说明600 MPa级钢筋的锚固长度按GB 50010—2010计算能够满足使用要求。
In order to investigate the bonding-anchorage property of 600 MPa steel bar and high strength concrete,a total of 42 centered tensile specimens were designed and fabricated.The effects of concrete strength,protective layer thickness and anchorage length on the bonding property were analyzed by single-sided drawing test.The influence of various influencing factors on the bond strength was discussed.The empirical calculation formula for the critical anchorage length of 600 MPa steel bar and concrete is given by using regression analysis from the experimental data.The calculated value is smaller than the basic anchorage length of the current specification,indicating that the anchorage length of the 600 MPa steel bar can meet the requirements according to the current specifications.
