钢筋锈蚀层分布和钢筋锈胀力计算模型研究 被引量:3

摘要 预测混凝土内钢筋的锈胀开裂是研究混凝土结构耐久性失效的一个重要问题。由于缺乏对混凝土内钢筋锈蚀量分布规律的深入研究,目前在进行混凝土内钢筋锈胀效应分析时,基本上采用钢筋锈蚀量与锈胀力沿钢筋环向均匀分布的假定。通过对锈蚀钢筋混凝土黏结界面的视频显微观测,分析自然环境条件下混凝土中钢筋的表面锈蚀特征,确定钢筋表面的锈蚀层厚度分布轮廓。并采用光面钢筋作为研究对象,建立了钢筋不均匀锈蚀的动态轮廓线模型。 The prediction of corrosion-induced cracking of steel bar in concrete is an important problem in studying the durability failure of concrete structures.At present,an assumption of uniform corrosion distribution along the perimeter of the steel bar has been adopted for analyzing the effect of corrosion expansion.This was due to the lack of the research on corrosion distribution of steel bars in concrete.Through the video microscopic observation of the bonded interface of corroded reinforced concrete,the surface corrosion characteristics of the steel in the concrete under natural environmental conditions were analyzed,and the thickness distribution profile of the corroded layer on the steel bar surface was determined.Taking the plain steel bar as the research object,and the dynamic contour model of the non-uniform corrosion of the steel bar was established.
