大型站房不连续截面柱转换节点稳定性研究

STABILITY ANALYSIS OF DISCONTINUOUS-SECTION COLUMN CONVERSION JOINTS IN LARGE-SACLE STATIONS

摘要 对柳州高铁站站房中大量使用的三类不连续截面柱转换节点进行稳定性试验研究。首先,采用位移控制加载方式对三种转换节点进行静力加载,观察节点在持续压力下的变形和破坏特征。然后,基于数值计算和试验测试结果,对比分析节点的承载能力和耗能性能。结果表明:三类建议转换节点的承载能力均远远大于300 kN,满足工程应用中承载能力的要求;节点的塑性变形能力大,滞回耗能性能好,其中内含十字形钢板柱的变截面转换节点的屈服强度最高,变形能力最大,在实际工程应用中可优先选用此类不连续截面柱转换节点。 Three types of conversion joints have been commonly used in the discontinuous-section columns of largescale stations in Liuzhou Station,hence a test was carried out to study the stability of those joints.The aforementioned conversion joints were statically loaded by using the displacement-control loading method,therefore the deformation and failure characteristics of specimens under continuous pressure were observed.The test results and relevant numerical calculations were then derived to analyze and compare the bearing capacity and energy consumption performance of joints.The results demonstrated that:the bearing capacity of three proposed types of conversion joints was far greater than 300 kN,which complied with the requirements of engineering applications;the plastic deformation capacity of the joints was large,and the hysteretic energy consumption was optimal.Specifically,the conversion joint that contained the cross-shaped steel plate columns possessed the highest yield strength and the largest deformation capacity.Thus,this type of joint can be considered as the prior choice in engineering applications.
