武汉新华路体育场弧形看台结构的体外预应力加固

REINFORCEMENT OF CURVED STAND STRUCTURE OF WUHAN XINHUA ROAD STADIUM BY EXTERNAL PRESTRESSING METHOD

摘要 武汉新华路体育场弧形观众看台板结构老化并已产生破损,严重影响使用安全,为重新启用需对原结构及看台板进行大面积混凝土表面修复和加固处理。考虑原结构特点和加固设计要求,针对看台板采用体外预应力法及结构胶修补技术进行加固处理。由于看台结构的弧形外观构造,使得原结构的纵向连系梁和两端斜梁的受力性质发生改变。根据原结构空间布局特点,针对纵向连系梁依据叠加原理采用外包钢法加固;结构端部则在两根斜梁之间设计钢结构支撑体系,形成以加固后斜梁为弦杆的平面钢桁架。加固完毕后的监测结果表明综合加固设计方案合理,施工工艺得当,满足结构使用要求。 The aging of stand in Wuhan Xinhua Road stadium(the'L'type prefabricated reinforced concrete plate)has produced structural damage,which seriously impact on the use of safety,the large area of concrete surface repairing and reinforcement of the structure need to be done for re-enable the original structure.Considering the characteristics of the original structure and the strengthening design requirements,external prestressing and structural adhesive repair techniques of reinforcement were decided.Due to the curved construction of the stand structure,the mechanical properties of the longitudinal coupling beam of the original structure and both ends of the inclined beam changed.According to the characteristics of the original space layout,the longitudinal coupling beam was strengthened by wrapping steel method on the basis of superposition principle;the steel structure support system was designed to associate with the reinforcement of skew girder at both ends,so as to constitute a plane steel truss structure,and form the fundamental solution to the problem of oblique beam under axial compression and biaxial bending stress.The monitoring results showed that the comprehensive strengthening design scheme was reasonable and the construction process was appropriate,which could meet the requirements of structure.
