局部锈蚀影响下钢箱梁抗剪性能试验研究 被引量:3

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON SHEAR BEHAVIOR OF STEEL BOX GIRDERS CONSIDERING THE INFLUENCE OF LOCAL CORROSION

摘要 为研究局部锈蚀的钢箱梁腹板的抗剪性能,对6个腹板不同锈蚀程度的钢箱梁进行试验,对比锈蚀深度、锈蚀体积损伤程度等参数在局部锈蚀影响下钢箱梁抗剪极限承载力的变化趋势以及钢箱梁腹板破坏形态的影响。结果表明:6个钢箱梁试件的腹板均呈现出典型的剪切破坏模式,腹板均出现了对角张力场;锈蚀深度是影响试件腹板正中主应变的关键因素;锈蚀体积损伤程度是影响钢箱梁腹板屈曲形状、抗剪屈服承载力以及抗剪极限承载力的关键因素。 To study the shear behavior of the steel box girders with the web panels suffering local corrosion,experiments were carried out on steel box girder specimens with various local corrosion degrees.The parameters including the depth of local corrosion,the degree of pitting corrosion volume were investigated to clarify their influence on the ultimate shear strength and failure mode of local corroded web panels.The results indicated that the six specimens with local corrosion or not exhibited similar shear buckling modes.Additionally,the diagonal tension field areas appeared at the web panels of all specimens.However,for the principle strain of the web panels,it changed with different depth of local corrosion.Moreover,the buckling mode,the critical buckling load and the ultimate shear strength were significantly affected by the degree of pitting corrosion volume.
