摘要
高腐蚀环境中的网架结构杆件易发生表面的均匀腐蚀,会对杆件的力学性能产生不利影响。对18根发生均匀锈蚀的杆件进行了轴心受压试验,这些杆件具有不同的长细比和不同的锈蚀程度,得到轴向荷载、变形、应变等数据,绘制荷载-位移、荷载-应变等关系曲线,分析了长细比、锈蚀程度等因素对杆件轴压力学性能的影响。同时采用ABAQUS软件建立了有限元模型,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。在此基础上,利用有限元模型进行了参数化分析,研究了杆件长细比、锈蚀程度对网架杆件极限承载力的影响,发现杆件的极限承载力随均匀锈蚀程度的加深而近似线性降低。
For the grid structure in corrosion environment,it is easy to have uniform corrosion on the surface of the bars,which will have an adverse effect on the mechanical properties of the bars.The axial compression tests of 18 bars with uniform corrosion have been carried out.These members have different slenderness ratio and different degree of corrosion.The axial load,deformation and strain data were obtained,and the load-displacement,load-strain relationship curves were plotted.The effects of slenderness ratio and corrosion degree on the axial compression performance of the members were analyzed.Meanwhile,the finite element model was established by using ABAQUS.The calculated results agreed well with the experimental results.On this basis,the finite element model was used for parametric study,and the influence of slenderness ratio and corrosion degree on ultimate bearing capacity of members was analyzed.And the results showed that the bearing capacity loss of the bars was approximatively linear with the degree of uniform corrosion.
