成都祠堂街的保护与更新设计研究

RESEARCH ON THE PROTECTION AND RENOVATION DESIGN OF CITANG STREET IN CHENGDU

我国城市化的发展过程中历史街区保护与更新是一个刻不容缓的话题,在快速进行城市化建设的同时,保护与更新的矛盾尤其突出。从成都祠堂街历史街区场所分析评估入手,提出以'新陈代谢'式的保护与更新方式重塑历史街区的场所精神。在祠堂街历史街区设计中梳理出符合现代成都休闲文化体验的空间布局,保护区域内历史文化价值高的重点建筑,新建和修复设计创意工作坊、艺术展厅、老电影院等公共建筑,逐步实现历史街区的活力复苏。

The historical block protection and renovation in the development of China’s urbanization process is an urgent topic.In the rapid urbanization construction,the contradiction between protection and update has become apparent at the same time.From Chengdu Citang Street historical block sites analysis and evaluation,the protection and renovation in'metabolism'way was put torward to reshape the place spirit of historical block.The Citang Street historical block design conforms to the space layout of modern Chengdu leisure culture experience.The works which include protection important buildings of high historical and cultural value in the area,repair design workshop,art galleries,old cinemas and other public buildings are in order to gradually realize the historical block revival.
