复材筋新型连接器的效能研究

摘要 针对复材筋的连接问题,在借鉴钢筋连接技术的基础上,提出一种连接锚固长度短、施工简便、连接效能稳定的复材筋新型连接器,即采用环氧树脂胶作为黏结材料,并通过不锈钢套筒外设螺栓对复材筋施加环向预紧力。在介绍该连接器连接机理的基础上,提出相应的设计方法,并以连接锚固长度为试验变量,通过单轴拉伸试验对新型复材筋连接器的效能进行研究。试验结果表明:当连接锚固长度为15倍、20倍筋材直径时,两者的连接承载力接近,约为复材筋极限强度的90%,充分发挥了复材筋的高抗拉性能,且复材筋的连接滑移量较小,故建议该连接器的最小连接锚固长度取为15倍筋材直径。 To solve the problem of composite bar connection,a new type of composite bar connector with short anchorage length,simple construction and stable connection efficiency was proposed based on the technique of reinforcing bar connection.Epoxy glue was used in new connector as bonding material,a circumferential pretightening force was applied on the composite bars through the peripheral blots of the stainless steel sleeve.This paper expounded the connection mechanism of the connector,put forward the corresponding design method,and studied the performance of the new type of composite bar connector through uniaxial tensile test,taking the connection anchorage length as the experimental variable.The test results showed that the connection bearing capacity was close to 90%of the ultimate strength of the composite bar when the connection anchorage length was 15 times and 20 times the diameter of the bar.It gave full play to the high tensile properties of the composite bar,and the connection slip of the composite bar was small.It was suggested that the minimum connection anchor length of the connector should be 15 times the diameter of the bar.
