摘要
针对建筑信息建模(BIM)技术在设计、施工全过程中的控制优点,结合某地下车库具体案例,在设计阶段与施工阶段应用了BIM技术:在设计阶段主要进行了三维模型创建、设计方案比选、多专业碰撞检查、三维漫游、车位分析;施工阶段主要进行了管线综合优化分析、复杂节点可视化交底、竖向净高优化、协同平台管理。应用BIM技术可以提高设计质量,优化工作效率,取得很好的经济效益。
With the advantages of BIM technology such as control in the design and construction whole process,BIM technology was applied at the design and construction stage of an underground garage.At the design stage,threedimensional modeling,comparison and selection among several design schemes,multi-specialty collision check,3 D roaming and parking space analysis were carried out based on BIM technology.At the construction stage,optimization analysis of integrated pipeline,visual intersection of complex joints,vertical clearance optimization analysis and collaborative platform management were conducted.BIM technology could improve the quality of design,optimize the work efficiency and obtain good economic benefits.
