预应力碳纤维板与混凝土界面黏结滑移本构关系研究 被引量:3

STUDY ON BOND-SLIP CONSTITUTIVE RELATION BETWEEN PRESTRESSED CARBON FIBER REINFORCED POLYMER AND CONCRETE

摘要 碳纤维板(CFRP)与混凝土界面之间的黏结滑移关系是预应力CFRP加固混凝土结构计算的关键参数之一。以CFRP初始预应力、CFRP宽度和胶层厚度为影响因素,设计了12组预应力CFRP加固混凝土试件,通过双面剪切试验测试结果建立每组试件的界面黏结应力与滑移量关系曲线。对比现有CFRP与混凝土界面本构关系模型所包含的基本参数,选择合适的模型对预应力CFRP与混凝土界面的黏结滑移本构关系进行拟合,并通过有限元模拟验证所拟合本构关系的准确性。该黏结滑移本构关系将对预应力CFRP加固混凝土梁的理论分析及工程应用提供理论依据。 The bond-slip constitutive relationship between carbon fiber reinforced polymer sheet(CFRP)and concrete interface is one of the key parameters of prestressed CFRP reinforced concrete structure.Twelve sets of prestressed CFRP reinforced concrete specimens were designed with CFRP initial prestress,CFRP width and thickness of the rubber layer as the influencing factors.The interfacial bond stress and slip of each set of specimens were established by double-sided shear test results.Comparing the basic parameters of the existing CFRP and concrete interface constitutive model,the appropriate model is selected to fit the bond-slip constitutive relationship between prestressed CFRP and concrete interface.And the accuracy of the constitutive relationship is verified by finite element simulation.The bond-slip constitutive relationship will provide theoretical basis for theoretical analysis and engineering application of prestressed CFRP reinforced concrete beams.
