曲线形裂纹尖端对双悬臂梁试件断裂韧性的影响

EFFECT OF CURVED DELAMINATION FRONT ON FRACTURE TOUGHNESS OF DCB SPECIMEN

摘要 为研究不均匀分布特性对I型断裂行为的影响,以玻璃纤维增强复材(GFRP)双悬臂梁(DCB)试件为研究对象,开展断裂韧性试验及相应的数值仿真分析。研究结果表明:DCB试件的裂纹长度偏差lv与能量释放率不均匀分布系数β均随裂纹长度的增加而发生改变;利用规范中三种经典梁模型确定传统DCB试件I型断裂韧性时,需计入lv与β的影响。 In order to study the effect of curved delamination front on the fracture behavior of DCB specimen under mode-I loading,the GFRP DCB specimen with a straight pre-crack front was investigated experimentally and numerically.The results indicate that the visual deviation lvand the non-uniformity coefficientβvaried as the crack length increased.The effect of the visual deviation lvand the non-uniformity coefficientβshould be incorporated,when the three classical methods in the existing codes were used to determine the initiation toughness and propagation toughness of DCB specimen.
