摘要
为解决PLC与组态软件的仿真通信问题,提出了通过OPC接口技术解决该问题的方法。全虚拟仿真系统以三菱编程软件GX Developer与通用版组态软件MCGS为载体,通过三菱OPC服务软件MX OPC Server实现两者的通信。该系统不需要任何硬件的接线,只通过软件的方式就可实现PLC的调试及运行,配以MCGS的可视化界面呈现,比单纯的GX_Simulator逻辑梯形图测试更加直观。以四层电梯为例,介绍接口通信及全虚拟仿真的全过程。
In order to solve the problem of simulation communication between PLC and configuration software,an OPC interface technology is proposed to solve the problem.The full-virtual simulation system uses Mitsubishi programming software GX Developer and general version configuration software MCGS as the carrier,and realizes the communication between the two through Mitsubishi OPC service software MX OPC Server.The system does not require any hardware wiring,and can be used only in the way of software to realize PLC debugging and operation,which is more intuitive than the simple GX_Simulator logic prototype diagram test.Taking the four-floor elevator as an example,this paper introduces the interface communication and the whole process of virtual simulation.
