摘要
国内立体车库发展起步较晚且自动化程度水平较低,很多地方还依赖人工停车管理。为提高车库自动化程度,以夹持式搬运小车为控制对象,构建了以PLC为控制器、光电编码器为检测元件、伺服电机为执行机构的控制系统,使用works2编写了相应的控制程序。该控制系统可以实现搬运小车的自动运行并完成车辆的定位与存取等动作,提高了立体车库的自动化水平。
In order to improve the automation degree of the garage,this paper takes the gripping handling trolley as the control object,and builds the control system with PLC as the controller,photoelectric encoder as the detecting component and servo motor as the actuator and applied works2 in writing corresponding control program.The control system can realize the automatic operation of the handling trolley and complete the positioning and accessing of the vehicle,thereby improving the automation level of the stereo garage.
