摘要
分析了一种由三相交流电动机和气缸等组成的机械手监控系统的要求,进行了可编程控制器I/O点的分配,编写了PLC控制程序,绘制了原理图,利用组态王软件实现PLC与上位计算机的通信,设备连接与配置,数据库的构造,图形界面设计,动画连接等并调试成功。通过研究利用组态王软件实现对机械手的运行过程进行监控和管理,提高了生产过程自动化控制水平。
The requirements of a manipulator monitoring system consisting of a three-phase AC motor and a cylinder are analyzed in this paper.A programmable controller I/O point is allocated,a PLC control program is written,and a schematic diagram is drawn.Using KingView software to realize the communication between PLC and the upper computer,device connection and configuration,database construction,graphical interface design,animation connection,etc.,and debug successfully,through the study of the use of KingView software to achieve monitoring and management of the manipulator’s running process.
