Development of SELDI-TOF-MS technology and its application in proteomics

摘要 新近广泛应用蛋白质芯片(ProteinChip?Array)系统成功鉴定出了一些重要疾病(如肿瘤和危害性较大的传染病)新的、特异性的生物标记(biomarkers),后者不仅在生物医学的基础方面具有重要的科学价值,而且在临床疾病的诊断、治疗和预防发挥重要的指导作用,显示了良好的发展前景.本文就表面增强的激光解析电离-飞行时间-质谱(SELDI-TOF-MS)相关的原理、特点、在临床和基础研究中的应用新进展和未来的发展趋势做一综述.此外,我们就蛋白质谱分析技术在病毒性肝炎、肝硬化和肝癌等一系列肝病方面的应用策略和前景进行了分析.
