影响直肠癌局部切除术的预后因素 被引量：1

Prognostic factors affecting local resection of rectal carcinoma

摘要 影响直肠癌局部切除术的预后因素有直肠癌分期、分化程度、手术以及是否存在肿瘤的脉管浸润,而肿瘤大小及形态并非是影响预后的因素.对早期的中-高分化直肠癌行局部切除可以获得满意的治疗效果,并可能达到治愈;如果直肠癌局部切除术后,病理诊断为低分化直肠癌、肿瘤浸润超出肠壁固有肌层、有脉管浸润或切缘不净,则肿瘤容易复发、预后差,对这部分患者应该行补救性根治术.放疗可以减少局部复发.
