摘要
根据分光光度法水质检测原理,基于微控技术,提出了一种可用于原位水质总磷指数监测的微型在线监测系统,对比《总磷水质自动分析仪技术要求》(HJ/T 103—2003),该系统的直线性5.2%、重复性误差3.89%、量程漂移4.42%、零点漂移0.015%。实际水样和实验室数据对比表明,该系统具有可靠性和稳定性。该系统建设成本少、功耗低、体积小、微试剂、可靠性高、寿命长、废液便于回收,更适用于目前水质在线监测需求。
According to the principle of spectrophotometry used for water quality detection,and on the basis of microcontrol technology,a kind of mini-type on-line monitoring system which can be used for detecting the in-situ water quality total phosphorus parameters has been proposed. The Technical Requirements for the Water Quality Automatic Analyzer of Total Phosphorous(HJ/T 103—2003) are contrasted with the total phosphorus index measured. The system linearity is 5.2%,repeatability error 3.89%,range drift 4.42%,and zero drift 0.015%. The contrast of actual water samples and laboratory data shows that the system has reliability and stability. The system is characterized by low construction costs,low power consumption,small size,micro-reagents,high reliability,long service life,and easy recovery of waste liquids. This system is more adequate for the current needs for on-line water quality monitoring.
