模糊事件树分析方法及其在船舶工程风险分析中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着最新科学技术的发展及在船舶工程领域的运用,近几年全球船舶工业得以迅速发展,货轮和游轮的发展尤其迅速。但是由于种种原因,近几年油轮和货轮发生了多起令人沉痛的突发性伤亡事故,对船舶工程行业的发展造成了一些影响,这使得人们更加重视对船舶工程领域进行风险评估。但是,众所周知,运用经典事件树进行事件分析时无法对相关事件产生几率的不确定性有关因素进行考虑,这就往往造成对事件风险评估的差异和不准确。本文阐明了运用模糊事件树对事件进行分析的相应理论,论述了模糊事件树分析方法在船舶工程领域风险分析中的作用,有效降低了船舶制造和运行时的风险,进一步保障了人们的生命财产安全。
