摘要
医院配送任务在现代医院管理中拥有战略性地位,几乎涵盖了医院所有业务部门的日常作业和管理活动,推动了现代医院自动化水平的发展。通过对现有机器人PC端后台操作界面进行分析,为使用户在对医用配送机器人的操作调控过程中有良好的交互体验,提高工作效率,增强用户体验满意度,提出相应的交互设计原则,为今后医用配送机器人PC端后台操作界面的设计发展提供一定的参考与借鉴。
The hospital distribution task has a strategic position in modern hospital management, covering almost all the daily operations and management activities of all hospital business departments, and promoting the development of modern hospital automation.
