摘要
现在产品的更新换代速度越来越快,如何快速设计出既美观又满足功能安全需要的工业产品成为现阶段的主要方向。文章通过对比传统轮毂设计流程与运用有限元分析技术辅助的设计流程,分析应用有限元方法进行设计的优势,并通过设计实践来检验设计的合理性。再进一步分析轮毂设计的未来趋势及有限元分析技术在其中起到的作用,使得设计流程更加更加科学高效。
Nowadays, the speed of product replacement is getting faster and faster.How to quickly design industrial products that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional y safe has become the main direction at this stage. The article compares the traditional wheel design process with the design process assisted by finite element analysis technology, analyzes the advantages of applying the ?nite element method, and veri?es the rationality of the design through design practice. Further analysis of the future trends of wheel hub design and the role of finite element analysis technology in making the design process more scienti?c and ef?cient.
