贵州省特岗教师心理健康现状调查

Investigation of Psychological Health of Special- Post Teachers in Guizhou Province

摘要 针对贵州特岗教师实际情况,制定《特岗教师有关情况调查问卷》,对特岗教师的基本情况、幸福感、工作压力、身心特征、人际关系、职业稳定感、婚姻家庭、教育教学改革精神、业余生活等十余个维度进行网上调查及现场走访。调查结果表明,我省特岗教师心理健康状况普遍良好。他们积极、乐观,对工作充满热情,勤学好问,人际关系良好,大部分能较快适应工作、生活环境,能通过各种方式适当调节情绪。但是亦有部分教师,因各种原因导致他们存在着一定的心理问题。 According to the actual situation of Guizhou special- post teachers,this investigation designed the'questionnaire for Guizhou special- post teachers',investigating the teacher's basic situation,well- being or happiness,job stress,physical and mental characteristics,interpersonal relationship,the sense of occupation stability,marriage and family,the reform spirit of education and teaching,online amateur life,and so on. The results indicated that the mental health status of special- post teachers in Guizhou is generally good. They are active,optimistic,and full of passion for work; the interpersonal relationship is also good,most of them can quickly adapt to the working and living environment,to control emotions through a variety of ways. But there also exist some problems for some of the teachers.
