目前,我国保留经济领域中贪污受贿罪死刑是明智的选择。贪污受贿罪是一种严重的经济犯罪,不但严重损害了国家的廉政建设制度,危及到了公共安全、公共利益和国家利益,而且加剧了我国的贫富差距,影响了正常的社会秩序和社会结构,削弱了国家的凝聚力,导致了我国层出不穷的社会矛盾。因此,从贪污受贿罪的特殊性、我国经济发展、法治环境、传统民意等方面来看,保留贪污受贿罪死刑都是必要的。

Nowadays in China it is a wise choice to continue to have the death penalty of bribery and corruption crimes in the economic field. The crime of bribery and corruption is pretty serious. It not only brings a heavy damage to the construction of an honest government,the public safety,public interests and national profits,but also intensifies the gap between the rich and the poor,thus impacting the normal social order and structure and weakening the national cohesion that will definitely lead to endless conflicts in the society of China.
