农民工图书馆可以提高农民工的文化素质,丰富农民工的精神生活和促进社会安定与和谐。但是当今农民工图书馆的建设存在观念滞后,认识淡漠,重视不够;农民工与本土文化交融不足;和服务方式、服务内容上不能满足农民工的要求等问题。因此,做好宣传工作,充分认识农民工图书馆的重要性、建立多渠道的资金投入机制、与公共图书馆联合办馆、大力兴建农民工流动图书馆非常必要。

The migrant workers library may help to improve the cultural quality of migrant workers,enrich their spiritual life and promote social stability and harmony. But there is only a small attention paid to the construction of migrant workers library due to old concepts and understanding of indifference. The local culture with its service mode and service content is insufficient to meet the requirements of migrant workers. Therefore,it is very necessary to have a full understand of the importance of the migrant workers library and build as many libraries as possible.
