贵州教育融入东盟教育圈的SWOT分析

A SWOT Analysis on Guizhou's Education Cooperation with ASEAN Countries

近年来,在国家深化与东盟交流合作的大背景下,借助中国-东盟教育交流周的平台作用和扩大对外开放的契机,贵州与东盟的教育交流合作日益频繁,取得了一系列可喜的成果。但由于自身条件的不足和外部因素的影响,贵州省与东盟的教育交流合作尚处于较未成熟阶段,层次较低。采用SWOT分析方法1,通过多角度分析贵州与东盟教育合作的外部机遇与威胁(挑战)、内部优势与劣势,进而提出贵州与东盟教育合作的对策建议及战略思考,以期加快贵州教育融入东盟教育圈的进程。

In recent years,in the context of China's deepening cooperation with ASEAN countries,and with the facilitation of the China- ASEAN Education Cooperation Week and the expanding opening up,the education cooperation between Guizhou Province and ASEAN countries has been greatly enhanced and yielded satisfactory results. Due to insufficient conditions and other external influential factors,however,the cooperation is still at a primary stage. This paper uses SWOT Analysis approach to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in Guizhou's cooperation with ASEAN countries,and finally,proposes countermeasures to promote the education cooperation between Guizhou Province and ASEAN,and to accelerate the process of Guizhou's education integration into the ASEAN education circle.
