摘要
世界各国宪法文本对民族事务的规定,以及我国当前所面临的民族问题,共同决定了宪法教学不能忽视民族观念。宪法民族观在主体上包括主权民族和自治权民族两个层次,在内容上涉及民族认同观、民族平等观和民族权利观三个维度。民族观念的确立和培养应当贯穿宪法教学的全过程,从宪法基本原则、公民基本权利、国家形式、国家机构等方面开展宪法民族观教学。
Nationalist idea should be accepted in constitutional law teaching,as constitutions in different countries always regulate nation issue,and nation problems are key point in contemporary China.Nationalist idea includes two kinds of subjects:sovereign nation and autonomous nation.With its three dimensions of objects,nationalist idea has national i-dentification,national equality and national rights.Teaching of fundamental principles,basic rights,state form and state institutions shall be the chance to cultivate and form nationalist idea of constitution.
