Comparison Between Yunshan Town and Baidi Town——focus on the period of Song and Yuan dynasties

运山城与白帝城同为抗蒙八柱之一,在南宋四川抗蒙防御体系中占有重要地位。通过梳理比较两者的异同,给予它们在抗蒙中正确的历史定位,赋予它们新的历史意义与文化内涵,从而为今后的保护利用奠定基础。

Yunshan Town and Baidi Town were the strongholds to resist the Mongolian army among the eight crucial mili-tary fortresses,which had important positions in Sichuan’s anti -Mongolia defense system in Southern Song dynasty. Through analyzing the similarities and differences between them,this thesis affirmed the historical status for both of them,and endowed them with new historical significance and cultural connotation,which could rained positive influence on their further development.
