自从上个世纪90年代开始,各所高校普遍开展了后勤社会化改革,学生公寓在管理上呈现出明显的科学化倾向,应当说这是一种进步,可随之而来的却也有一些问题,在管理体制,运行机制,以及具体的工作方法上都有明显的不足,特别是情感管理的缺失,让学生的生活环境显然丧失了一定的舒适度。基于这种情况,探索情感管理的新思路与新策略,无疑可以有效改善公寓管理机械有余而情感不足的问题。
