摘要
通过我国高校图书馆知识管理现状进行调查的数据统计分析了我国高校图书馆知识管理的现状。并在此基础上对图书馆的服务创新进行了初步研究,给出了基于信息技术的知识管理的创新能力阶段模型和创新性服务构建模型。
According to the investigated data of knowledge management of university library,this paper analyzes the current situation of knowledge management of university library in China. Meanwhile,this paper also makes an initial research on the innovation of service and provides an innovative ability model and innovative service model based on the knowledge management under the background of information technology.
