论涉检网络负面舆情的管控路径

On Strengthen the Control Path about the Negative Opinions on Network Related Procuratorates

当前,随着网络的扩张,涉检网络负面舆情时有发生,如引导处置不当,势必危及检察机关的队伍形象及执法公信力。如何积极引导舆情,有效应对舆情危机,是新时期检察机关一项刻不容缓的工作。检察机关应当提高涉检网络负面舆情危机意识,完善负面舆情预警机制、分流制度、信息共享机制,加强专业队伍建设,以开放的心态,积极的举措做好涉检网络负面舆情应对工作。

At present,with the expansion of network,there are more and more negative opinions on network related Procuratorates. It will reduce the identity and law enforcement credibility of procurator team if dispose improper. How to guide public opinion actively and respond effectively is an urgent work of procuratorial organ in the new period. Procuratorial organs should improve crisis consciousness negative opinions on network and perfect the early warning mechanism,distribution system and information sharing mechanism. Also,strengthen the construction of professional team,with an open mind,positive efforts to deal with the negative opinions on network related Procuratorates.
