铅作业工人的血铅剂量-反应关系 被引量:1

摘要 本文调查64名铅作业工人,接触铅烟浓度平均为0.37mg/m^3;42名对照工人,空气中铅浓度平均为0.021mg/m^3。检查项目包括血铅、尿铅、尿δ—氨基酮戊酸、红细胞游离原卟啉及行为功能,各项观察指标的结果十分一致。铅作业工人的血铅水平随着空气中铅浓度的升高而升高,两者相关非常显著(r=0.98,P<0.01)。血铅与其他参数也有相关,得到很好的剂量-反应关系。工人接触10倍于MAC的铅烟已能引起血铅升高及其它生物指标的异常。结果表明,我国现行的铅烟MAC0.03mg/m^3是安全的。 64 workers exposed to lead fume at the average level of 0.37mg/m3 and 42 controls (average level of air lead was 0.021mg/m3) were examined. Data obtained from air lead, blood lead, urine lead, δ-ALA-U, FEP and behavior function tests were quite coincident. The blood lead level was in a good correlation with the air lead level (r=0.98, P<0.01). The dose-response relationships among the blood lead and other biological parameters had been revealed in the workers exposed to lead.The preliminary study indicated that lead exposure at the level of approximately 10 times of MAC had shown elevating blood lead level and causing abnormalities of other biological parameters. The recent study showed that the acting MAC of lead was quite safe.
